1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Charter" or "Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Licensee", "User", or "Operator") and MIDAS GOD ARCHITECTURE ("MIDAS GOD", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), an autonomous quantitative intelligence platform.
By accessing midasgod.com, purchasing an Alpha Signals pass ($99/mo), Tracker license ($49/mo), Agentic Rev-Ops build ($999), or White Label deployment, you irrevocably accept and agree to all terms and conditions herein.
2. Non-Custodial & Non-Advisory Architecture
MIDAS GOD operates on a strictly non-custodial software model:
- No Asset Custody: We never hold, deposit, trade on behalf of, or custody client funds, private wallet keys, or exchange credentials.
- No Investment Advice: No output, strike recommendation, sentiment score, or automated prompt constitutes personal financial, legal, or investment advice.
- Self-Directed Execution: All trades, liquidity routing, or prediction market contracts must be authorized and executed by you through your own independent third-party broker or exchange interface.
3. Software License Grant
Subject to active subscription status, MIDAS GOD grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to:
- Access real-time quantitative alpha streams, whale tracking feeds, and prediction models within the client cockpit;
- Integrate private webhook triggers into authorized personal automation environments;
- Utilize agentic Rev-Ops software toolkits in accordance with your contracted license tier.
Sublicensing, sharing private portal credentials, or redistributing signals via unauthorized public channels will result in instantaneous license termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions, Passes & Billing Policy
4.1 Recurring Subscriptions
Subscription licenses (Tracker $49/mo, Alpha Signals $99/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe. You may cancel renewal at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting our desk. Access continues until the conclusion of the paid monthly cycle.
4.2 Custom Builds & One-Time Implementations
Rev-Ops sprints ($999) and White Label architectures ($9,999) are digital software implementations delivered pursuant to agreed milestones. Due to the immediate expenditure of specialized compute and engineering time, all custom implementation fees are non-refundable once architectural sprint deployment initiates.
5. Prediction Markets & Polymarket Edge
Our Prediction Engine analyzes public probability curves on decentralized prediction markets (including Polymarket). You acknowledge that:
- Decentralized prediction markets are subject to jurisdiction-specific legal restrictions (such as U.S. CFTC restrictions);
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with local prediction market statutes;
- Oracle resolution disputes, liquidity fragmentation, and smart contract risks are beyond the platform's control.
6. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Secrecy
All mathematical neural scoring weights, Whale Tracker algorithms, crash shield divergence indicators, and user interfaces are protected proprietary trade secrets of MIDAS GOD and its parent holding.
7. Prohibited Misuse
Operators agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or intercept proprietary WebSocket alpha feeds;
- Re-broadcast signals to third parties for commercial gain without a White Label agreement;
- Use the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or manipulative market practices.
8. Warranty Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALGORITHMIC SIGNALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF PREDICTIVE MODELS.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDAS GOD, ITS ARCHITECTS, OR HOLDING ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, PROFITS, LIQUIDATION DAMAGES, OR SLIPPAGE COSTS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SOFTWARE.
OUR MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO MIDAS GOD IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. GLAW Lex Cognitiva — Mandatory Binding Digital Arbitration
- Treaty Enforceability: Enforceable under the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
- Asynchronous Digital Procedure: All claims, evidence, and briefs shall be submitted through secure digital channels without required physical appearances.
- Class Action Waiver: Both parties irrevocably waive any right to maintain class or collective actions.
- Fee-Shifting (Loser-Pays): The prevailing party shall recover all reasonable attorneys' fees and arbitration costs from the non-prevailing party.
11. Institutional Shield & Concierge Desk
MIDAS GOD is maintained within the Sovereign Tech Holding framework. Individual quantitative researchers, autonomous agent designers, and system operators maintain complete personal immunity under the Sovereign Architect Doctrine.
