1. Sovereign Discretion Doctrine
At MIDAS GOD, computational discretion is an uncompromising architectural tenet. Operating in high-conviction financial intelligence, prediction markets, and autonomous Rev-Ops requires absolute confidentiality for our operators and institutional subscribers.
2. Zero AI Model Training Covenant
We irrevocably covenant that:
- No customer strategy configurations, portfolio sizes, prediction market targets, or API webhook payloads are ever used to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public or proprietary neural networks;
- We will never sell, syndicate, or license subscriber trading activity or execution telemetry to high-frequency trading (HFT) firms, market makers, or data brokers;
- Custom Rev-Ops implementations remain strictly sandboxed in client-specific virtual private compute spaces.
3. Non-Custodial Credential Shield
MIDAS GOD does not store or process:
- Exchange API secret keys with withdrawal permissions enabled (only read/trade permissions are accepted where client-side automation is configured);
- Private wallet keys, cryptographic mnemonic seed phrases, or custody credentials;
- Bank account numbers or physical payment instruments.
4. Minimal Data Collected & Legitimate Purpose
We process only information strictly required for access delivery:
- Account Authentication: Subscriber email address used for client portal login and Stripe billing management;
- Telegram Handle: For provisioning access to VIP alert bots (@midasmaxbot);
- Technical Network Logs: Transient IP logs retained for a maximum of 14 days solely for rate limiting and DDoS defense.
5. Payment Security & Stripe
All billing operations are performed directly through Stripe, Inc. via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Credit card details are never transmitted through or stored on MIDAS GOD servers.
6. European GDPR & Swiss nFADP Rights
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Swiss privacy law, operators have:
- Right to Access & Portability: Obtain an immediate export of your subscriber records;
- Right to Rectification: Update your registered email address or billing method;
- Right to Erasure: Request the instantaneous deletion of your portal record upon subscription termination;
- Right to Object: Opt out of informational release announcements with a single click.
7. Retention & Automatic Purging
Operational records are maintained during active subscription status. Upon cancellation, access tokens are expired. Invoices required for statutory tax accounting are preserved in encrypted cold storage for the statutory retention period (5-7 years) and then permanently destroyed.
