1. CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical Performance Results
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
2. Complete Absence of Investment Advisory Status
MIDAS GOD is not an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or a financial services firm authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
All quantitative metrics, win-rate telemetry, prediction spreads, and whale wallet tracking alerts are provided solely for analytical benchmarking and software demonstration purposes.
3. Prediction Markets & Polymarket Protocol Risks
Our Prediction Engine scans decentralized prediction market contracts (e.g. Polymarket, Azuro). Using these insights involves distinct risks:
- Resolution Oracle Discrepancies: Market resolutions determined by decentralized oracles (e.g. UMA) can be disputed or delayed;
- Liquidity Depth & Spreads: Thin order books can cause severe slippage between calculated odds and actual trade fill prices;
- Regulatory Jurisdictions: Prediction markets may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You bear full responsibility for complying with applicable local laws.
4. Whale Tracking & Front-Running Risks
On-chain wallet tracking (Whale Tracker) observes publicly visible blockchain transactions. Copying large entity trades carries substantial hazards, including:
- Whales deploying wash trades or counter-hedges across off-chain venues;
- MEV bot sandwich attacks and high gas fees on decentralized automated market makers (AMMs);
- Delayed mempool indexing causing retail followers to buy tops or sell bottoms.
5. Historical Backtest Limitations
Reported metrics, including past win rates (such as 81.4%) or cumulative net strikes, reflect historical algorithmic backtesting and audited executions. Historical returns offer zero assurance of future profitability. Market regimes fluctuate rapidly and mathematical edges degrade over time.
6. Operator Responsibility Covenant
By utilizing MIDAS GOD, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent operator acting at your own risk. You release MIDAS GOD, its operators, researchers, and holding parent companies from any liability for financial losses incurred through your execution of trading strategies.
